Returns & Refunds

To request a return, please contact us.

We will accept returns for any reason within 30 days of the purchase date. The product must be returned in the original packaging and be in a resaleable condition.

Requests for refunds in the form of original payment and requests for return credits are classified as pending until the merchandise is received and the quantity and condition are confirmed. If you have questions about the return authorization process, please contact us.

Damaged Shipments 
Please examine your shipment carefully when it arrives! Please contact us within 15 days to report your receipt of any damaged items. We’ll send a replacement right away and make arrangements for the return of the damaged items. 

Defective Products 
If any Baby Shusher, Baby Shusher Collection Gift Set or Shushie Pacifier purchased from this website proves to be defective in normal use within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace the merchandise.

Items purchased on sale or with a discount code cannot be refunded.
